Marketing Executive (Remote)
Responsible for planning, creating, and managing TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content, as well as executing email marketing to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales for MyAnalytica training programmes.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to write clear, persuasive captions and professional LinkedIn posts.
- CapCut (or similar) for short-form videos. Comfortable with trends and formats.
- Canva (or similar) to produce clean corporate visuals.
- Able to work with internal team to gather information and execute campaigns smoothly.
Sales Executive (Remote)
Sell training programmes, manage leads, close deals and coordinate delivery. Remote role with on-site support when required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English).
- Self-disciplined, organised, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to attend on-site engagements when required.
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Administrative Executive (Hybrid)
Responsible for providing end-to-end administrative and coordination support to ensure daily operations run smoothly, including documentation, scheduling, communication handling, data entry, and maintaining organised records while upholding accuracy, confidentiality, and timely task execution.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable with Word and PowerPoint for documentation and simple materials.
- Familiarity with Google Drive/OneDrive, Microsoft Teams/Zoom, PDF tools, basic file management.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation completeness.
- Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through independently.
- Clear written and verbal communication; professional email and message etiquette.
